Adapting
I love the taste of the Olive Oil and the limited benefit to my Arthritis. My problem is adapting my meal plans and diet to being able to take it every day. I am 75 years old and my wife is 73. My wife does not like the taste of Olive Dressed over her food. Cooking with it is fine. Brenda (My wife) had a bad accident in June 2023 resulting in Multiple fractures of her arm. This has resulted in numerous hospital/clinic visits , still ongoing. Most times it is easier to make a meal or meals suitable for both of us. As we are getting near to a full recovery for her. Good so far
We have been sharing the Ancient Roots Olive Oil for a month now and so far feel an overall improved wellness and more satisfaction from the food we eat. I have been taking Ancient roots every morning with my porridge and as well as being part of a prediabetic course being run by the Health Authority and changing my diet I have lost over 2 stone in weight and I am hoping that Ancient roots is helping to bring that about. Very good
Its a month since I started taking a tablespoon full of the goodness of Ancient Roots. At first it was a bit peppery in taste to me but I persevered and have not regret it. I have been taking it every morning as I wake up. I have noticed a glow to my skin and some aching joints are not so achy and I have lost a few pounds in weight, so I am determined to continue and hopefully see more results. I have also mentioned to a few family members who I am sure will be interested once they see further progress.
