I have always been a believer in the benefits of Apple Cider vinegar for calming digestive issues and for general health. A folk remedy - Apple cider vinegar
In the past Apple cider vinegar was used as a remedy for a variety of complaints before the advent of "taking a pill" but happily more natural remedies are making a comeback and Golden Harvest is one of them. I take a dessertspoon of Golden Harvest in a glass of warm water first thing every morning which is the best time for me. I'm sure I benefit from this and would recommend it.
